Our Students in 5 Years

This past week, we asked our students where they saw themselves in 5 years. We chose a few answers to share here.

Each person who answered was entered into a raffle. Here's what our 3 winners had to say:

Jacob says "I'll try to reach Journeyman electrician and then possibly switch to electrical engineering."

Robie says that in 5 years "I'll be running a job site doing what I love."

Nathan says that [I'll have] "my own company!"

Zach, Vincent, Joshua, Eric, Damon, Jason, Mike, Kris, Josiah, Simon, Kendrick, Carlo, Aidan, Tristan, and Isaak see themselves owning their own electrical company and being their own boss.

Theo envisions working as a Journeyman for a nonprofit/humanitarian company, Jeremiah plans on working as a Journeyman Electrician on custom homes, and Raif would like to work at a power plant or have his own company.

In 5 years, Leon sees himself "working on a dream I set myself a long time ago and to make it come true." Caleb predicts that he will be "learning new skills every day." Keya sees herself "hopefully employed as a Journeyman Electrician so I can be someone my kids will be proud of." Zachary sees himself being a "Journeyman in Tennessee." Vanessa says "working as an inspector is the goal!"
