Can a circuit breaker tell you why it is tripping? Well, now it can.

Introducing TIME SAVER Diagnostics Circuit Breakers by Square D.

This new circuit breaker can tell you if there is a ground fault or an arc fault. Either way it is an indicator that there is an issue ON the circuit and NOT with the circuit breaker itself. This TIME SAVER circuit breaker is simple and easy to use, and requires no tools or special training.

Coming Thursday May 10th, Schneider Electric will be presenting a free seminar on Arc-Fault Circuit Interrupters from 9:00am to 11:00am at the IEC facility, 5975 Omaha Boulevard, Colorado Springs. At this seminar all your questions about arc-fault circuit interrupters will be answered and there will be a demonstration of the new time saving diagnostic features of the Schneider Electric QO, Homeline AFCI breakers.

There will be a meeting for all BAT contractors at the IEC facility on March 20th starting at 3:00pm. We will be discussing BAT requirements, policies and procedures. Also the IEC wants to hear from you on how we can make the process easier for our BAT contractors.
