Independent Electrical Contractors, Southern Colorado Chapter (IEC SCC) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. IEC SCC will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement or as generally acceptable practices exclusively between IEC SCC contractor members and industry partners. IEC SCC may collect information from our users at several different points on this website.

Forms and Registration
In order to fully use this website, a user may be required to complete a registration form, download forms or other related items. During registration a user may be required to give their contact information (such as name, phone number, mailing address and email address). This information may be used used to contact the user about the regfistration made and to verify login information within certain protected areas in this site.

Sharing of Information
IEC SCC will NOT share personal or aggregated demographic information with anyone. We do interface with outside contractors, industry partners and other companies. These companies are prohibited from retaining, sharing, storing or using personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. Portions of this site are viewable to the public. If you do not wish your name, company name, address, phone/fax number(s), e-mail address or website information displayed on this site, e-mail the Webmaster to request removal.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

If our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information like a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’.
